1. We’re at Social Media Marketing World with Ingo Stoll. Tell our viewers what you do?
Actually, I’m located in Hanover, Germany and I run a little internet agency. We set up a new project, it’s called TopInfluencer.com and this is made for people who want to get some orientation in social business, social media, looking for great guys with great content, so we bring them together. It’s not a ranking, it’s just a source of inspiration and this is, the newest project is going to be launched in probably four weeks time.
2. Great, great. Tell us about your entrepreneurial background, tell us about your journey.
I studied economics actually and—well, I didn’t really make it to a proper job, I became an entrepreneur right after university. I started in a 3-guys agency, now it’s 40 nowadays, and I’m doing this for more than 17 years now and I still get up in the morning to do it again and again.
3. Perfect, perfect. Can you give our lawyers any social marketing tips that you think would help them in their marketing? What can you share with them?
Well, I’m here actually to discover what’s the opinion on the social versus media question, so the future of social media, if you want, and I’m a social guy, I’m convinced that the main thing you have to know is that social media is, first of all, social. So getting to know people, being really interested, not just broadcasting your messages, your automated messages, but really getting into people business, I think this is the number one advice, if you want to do social media.
